IMG_3118Adventure Yogi – Happiness Retreat

March 3-5th, I am excited to be running a Happiness Retreat with Adventure Yogi in a gorgeous venue in East Sussex.

The intention for the retreat is to connect with your inner happiness.

We’ll be practising yoga each night and morning, I’ll be giving you journaling exercises and I will run a happiness workshop on the Saturday afternoon. Add in country walks, delicious healthy food and happiness story telling by the fire and you’ll be left feeling inspired and uplifted.

This is going to be a powerful day to kick start your New Year!

We’ll be practising yoga and meditation to get us into the best state for listening to our hearts, creating our dreams and quieting any nagging fears that may hold us back.

Then we will have fun creating our vision for 2017, a plan of what we need to make it happen and then we’ll explore what may hold us back (beliefs/ behaviours etc) so that it doesn’t have to!

As well as a yoga teacher, I have been a life coach and NLP practitioner for 10 years. I will be sharing useful exercises and tools that will empower you to create a life you love in 2017.

Blending yoga and life coaching together is my passion. They work so well together as our bodies hold so much wisdom but often we just get caught up with listening to the mind, which isn’t always the most supportive voice to hear. We can also move our body to create different feelings, for example to empower, to energise, to calm, to focus which is a useful tool for everyday life not just on the mat.

Beginners at yoga are very welcome, yoga is not the main focus of the weekend.

Tea and fruit/snacks will be provided but please bring your own lunch.
