In September Louise is starting her next round of Yoga teachers mentoring. September has that “back to school” feeling after the fun of the Summer. The first session will help to ground, to get clear on what you’d like to achieve over the next 6 months and to set some realistic actions around that.
The following sessions will build on this and reflect the energy of the seasons we move through as well as exploring different aspects of life as a yoga teacher. For example; who you are/ want to be as a teacher, having health boundaries and what are your values. Louise will sometimes bring in life coaching type exercises to help explore this, other times it will be through discussion.
There will be time to share how things are for you & ask for any help/ ideas.
In Louise’s experience being part of mentoring groups like this can help to feel like you’re not on your own, to see that we are all experiencing similar challenges, to explore new/ different perspectives & to help keep focused. For Louise it’s an act of self care as a teacher.
By having the sessions monthly it will help to have some accountability to the group of the actions that you will say you will do between sessions, this is how life coaching/mentoring can really support you in creating any changes you would like to make.
The sessions will be on Tuesday evenings via Zoom, 6.30-8.30pm. The dates will be:
Commitment to all sessions will be requested as it really helps to create a safe container & strengthen connection when the same group of people meet each time.
